Setup steps

    Print your JazzCash merchant QR code at reception. Members scan and pay; staff confirm the transaction ID on the JazzCash app.

    Add JazzCash as a payment method

    In Trakzfit payment settings, ensure JazzCash is enabled as a payment type for your gym location.

  4. Step 4

    Record payments at point of collection

    When a member pays, log the JazzCash payment immediately against their profile with amount, date, and optional transaction reference.

  5. Step 5

    Configure renewal reminders

    Set automated reminders that include your JazzCash merchant number so members can pay in two taps without visiting the desk.

  6. Step 6

    Reconcile every morning
