Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscription purchases of Trakzfit made through trakzfit.com or app.trakzfit.com. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service, which governs your subscription generally.

Free trial

Trakzfit offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Because no payment is collected during the trial, no refund is necessary if you decide not to continue — simply let the trial expire or cancel from your account settings before it converts to a paid plan.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund, evaluated case-by-case, if requested within 14 days of the original purchase date. To request one, email [email protected] or use our contact form with your account email and the reason for the request.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing cycle and are not eligible for a refund of the current cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account settings to stop future charges — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain access until then.

What isn't covered

Refunds are not provided for partial months of service, add-ons or usage already consumed during a billing cycle, or accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues can be resolved directly and faster than a chargeback dispute.
