Terms of Service

Trakzfit is a subscription-based SaaS platform for gym management. Features, member limits, and integrations depend on your selected plan. We may update features with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, compliance with local laws (including data protection), and keeping login credentials secure. You must have consent to store member information you upload. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or to harass others.

Plans are billed monthly or annually in the currency for your region. Pricing and available payment methods depend on your country. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled case-by-case for annual plans within 14 days of purchase.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated when possible. See our status page for current system health.

Trakzfit is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
