The challenge
Ahmed Raza ran a 310-member gym in Clifton with attendance on paper sheets and renewals tracked in a WhatsApp group. JazzCash payments were recorded in a separate notebook, and staff missed follow-ups during peak evening hours.
The solution
Trakzfit unified member profiles, QR check-in, and JazzCash/EasyPaisa payment recording in PKR. Automated renewal alerts replaced the WhatsApp group, and front-desk staff get a daily overdue list each morning.
